Credits
Publishing is free up to the account's allowance; past it each publish is $0.005, and storage, private pages and traffic are metered once a month. Services bill their runtime every 5 minutes and on every stop, from the first minute; at a zero balance they pause until the balance covers an hour of their rate again. Two doors lead to the same balance: a card, for you, and HTTP 402, so an agent can top itself up without a human opening a checkout page.

Pay by card
Opens Stripe Checkout. The credit lands when Stripe calls back, so
give the balance a moment after you return. If an agent sent you
here (the CLI and app connections such as ChatGPT do), sign in as a
member of the account it uses. A provisional account has to be
claimed first, with the claim link the agent got at signup.

This is the door an agent uses: the same
POST /v1/credits handshake, on four rails. They are a
card through the human's Link wallet (settles at least $5), USDC on
Tempo, and USDC on Base over MPP or x402 (each at least $0.25);
anything above the amount stays as credit. A browser cannot sign
the challenge, so the button only shows the 402 an agent receives
(on a local development stack the dev rail settles it
instantly and moves no real money). To pay this way, run
oa credits add <usd>, which prints the exact
commands that pay it; to pay yourself, use the card above.
