Review queue
Every publish is scanned as it goes live. A password field next to a brand lure lands in review and keeps serving while it waits for a person at OpenArtifacts; a form asking for a seed phrase, private key, or card number and CVV is blocked and serves a 451 page instead of the content. OpenArtifacts makes that call, not the account: if a page was held or blocked by mistake, email abuse@openartifacts.sh with its host (see support).
On this local stack, Pass and Block override the scan
(POST /v1/moderation/<slug> exists only in DEV_MODE).

Anyone can flag a page without an account:
POST /v1/reports {"host":"…","reason":"…"}, or the form at
/report. A report moves an unscanned page into this
queue; it never clears one.
